Daniela’s place is truly a gem! Beautifully decorated. Great outdoor patio overlooking the street. In unit clothes washer. Close to transit to get anywhere in Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough. Daniela was also very responsive with our questions. I have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this is one of the best. Molto bene!

We were visiting different cities in Europe and Daniela’s home was our favorite. Though I did not get to meet Ilaria and Daniela, they were very easy to reach. When speaking to Ilaria, I realized how thoughtful they were in making sure their guests have a very pleasant experience. The home itself is beautiful and has an amazing terrace that we enjoyed having breakfast on. There are many budget friendly places near by to buy food, as well as supermarkets. We actually walked from here to the Colosseum and found it to be a very nice walk. However, public transportation is available near by. The space was very clean and Daniela and Ilaria left very thoughtful touches throughout the home. I would definitely come back to stay here, we loved it so much. Thank you!

Daniela’s apartment is located around the Roam University. There are many bars near there, and 1 Chinese restaurant, many local restaurants. There are 1 big and nice just 2 min walk. The house is clean and provide make-up cleaser!!! Two landlords are all very enthusiastic and quick-repaid! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far. It’s exactly as shown in the photos. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. The apartment was so clean it seemed like no one had stayed there before. Very spacious. The bathroom is always my biggest concern and it was perfect – super clean and the shower is amazing. The host even left sparkling water in the fridge and lots of snacks for our stay. The area is very young (large university nearby) and not far from the city centre- 10 minute taxi ride. We used the IT Taxi app to call a ride when we needed one, which was way less expensive than Uber. It was a pretty far taxi to the Vatican or Trastevere. Of course the metro/bus system is great too if you prefer that option for getting around. Thank you Daniela and team for a great stay! We’ll definitely be back 🙂

First off, if this apartment is available grab it! This is the one! (Daniela owns two other apartments in this building, so the same applies to those). Daniela is an outstanding host. She was very responsive and helpful! I was provided with contact information for her and Giuliana, who lives nearby as well as clear instructions to the apartment. I have been an Airbnb host for 4 years and took some notes from Daniella, to be an even better super host. The apartment is as awesome as the images show. I loved the building, entry, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. The bed is comfortable and I rested very well. The bathroom is amazing and the kitchenette was perfect for making meals at home. PS: Daniella has the fastest Wi-Fi I had in my 3 weeks in Italy. San Lorenzo, the neighbourhood was one of my favourite areas in Rome. There are several markets, grocery stores and a huge variety of cafes and restaurants within steps from the apartment. There are many university students as well as a fun mix of older people. The proximity to Termini (the train station) is clutch. The main station is a huge landmark for wandering as well as a hub for busses and the Metro. This spot is just off the tourist path. It offers an authentic ‘local’ experience, sharing you what it is like to live in Rome. It is a total 10. Enjoy your stay! Ciao ciao

Daniela is very hospitable. The house is exactly like the pictures, very clean, in a nice neighbourhood very central and well connected. Very happy we chose this house and recommend 100%. And she helps us a lot to explain how to move around Rome and what you need, she helps us!

We had great time in Rome, and enjoyed the apartment and the location a lot! This is a great apartment, great location, and great hosts!! The pictures describe the apartment exactly as is. Daniela and Ilaria her daughter helped with booking taxis to both ways, they were available for us all the time.

Had a great time in this apartment was the perfect base to come back to after a long day in the city, situated near a Uni building the area has a good buzz but there is zero noise in the apartment. Would recommend getting a Rome pass so you can just hop on and off the bus/metro/train and get free/discounted entry into all attractions.
Clean. Modern. Comfortable. Lush!
